Men’s vintage denim runs small. Rule of thumb is to add 2-3 to your modern women’s size to approximate the waist, as a starting point.

- 100% cotton vintage denim that will last for decades more
- Classic medium stonewash (8216 wash code) with beautiful fading, subtle whiskering and lightly distressed hems
- Disclosures: please be aware there are faint oil paint stains and flecks of blue and silver paint to give this pair some extra depth and character. Likely owned by an artist in its past life!

ABOUT THE STYLE
Levi's 505: Zip fly, mid to high rise, slightly slimmer through the hips and thighs, and straight leg. The front and back panels are cut the same width so they run a bit more narrow. This can give a more tailored look and is also my favorite for sizing up to achieve a relaxed boyfriend fit without too much sagging on the rear.

The majority of vintage Levi’s were made for men and are now smaller than the tagged size, making it a bit tricky to navigate sizing. Best practice is to compare exact measurements to a pair of jeans you have at home and feel great in (100% cotton with no stretch, a similar rise and freshly washed for best accuracy).
